Thuan K. Q. Nguyen
I am a Research and Teaching Assistant at the School of Electrical Engineering, International University - VNUHCM. My scientific focus is on developing robust, intelligent, and optimized frameworks for Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) and Joint Radar-Communication (JRC) systems by fusing advanced signal processing, information theory, and machine learning.
Joint Radar-Communication Net
This real-time physics simulation illustrates an active co-designed ISAC transmitter, emitting radar sensing sweeps while simultaneously embedding digital telemetry packets. Moving target nodes are captured in polar space, displaying range and doppler velocities.
Biography & Education
Scientific Foundation
Thuan Kinh Quang Nguyen was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2002. Driven by a deep curiosity about electromagnetic waves and wireless networks, he pursued Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at the School of Electrical Engineering, International University - VNUHCM.
His research efforts address the challenge of spectral congestion in modern communications. By developing unified signal architectures that share power, spectral, and hardware resources between radar detection and high-speed telemetry, his work helps pave the way for next-generation 6G networks.
Currently serving as a Research and Teaching Assistant, he bridges mathematical theory with hardware implementations, mentoring undergraduates while pursuing innovative machine-learning models for non-line-of-sight signal propagation.
